Job Overview
We are urgently seeking a highly proactive and result-driven Virtual Recruiter to handle recruitment for the Hospitality sector and Food Factory operations. The ideal candidate must be capable of sourcing, screening, and delivering qualified candidates at short notice, especially within Ikeja, Agege, Oshodi, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for hospitality and food factory roles
- Recruit candidates within Ikeja, Agege, Oshodi, and nearby environs
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified applicants
- Deliver suitable candidates at short notice
- Provide regular recruitment status updates
- Work closely with hiring managers to meet urgent manpower demands
- Ensure candidates meet role, shift, and location requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting for hospitality and/or food factory operations is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to recruit efficiently under tight timelines
- Strong access to recruitment tools, job boards, and local talent pools
- Good understanding of operational roles (hotel staff, kitchen staff, factory workers, production assistants, cleaners, supervisors, etc.)
- Excellent communication, screening, and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
Compensation
- Commission-Based Pay
