Job Title: Automation Tech (Kenya | Remote) — CRM + Automation Specialist
Pay: $4.25–$5.00/hr
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (Remote)
Location: Kenya (Remote) — must overlap 3–4 hours with US Eastern Time
We’re building a CRM-first operating system for two businesses: Pivot Point Freight (freight brokerage) and New Age Consulting (automation services).
You will build CRM pipelines, automations, integrations, dashboards, and documentation so leads don’t fall through the cracks and the business can scale cleanly.
What you’ll do
- Set up CRM pipelines (stages, required fields, views, permissions)
- Build automations (lead routing, follow-up enforcement, reminders/escalations, sequences)
- Connect tools (CRM ↔ email ↔ forms ↔ scheduling ↔ reporting ↔ storage)
- Create dashboards + weekly scorecards
- Document everything (build log + troubleshooting notes)
Requirements
- CRM build experience (pipelines/fields/governance)
- Automation/integration experience (Zapier/Make/n8n, webhooks/APIs)
- Can write build-ready logic (trigger → conditions → actions → exceptions)
- Reliable communicator and problem-solver
