Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Social Media Manager with strong experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing brand visibility, generating leads, and improving conversion performance through strategic content planning and data-driven advertising.
This is a fully remote position suitable for a self-motivated professional who can work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook (Meta Ads) and Google Ads
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create compelling ad copies, captions, and basic creatives for campaigns
Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI
Manage daily social media activities including posting, scheduling, and engagement
Conduct audience research and targeting for effective ad delivery
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and advertising best practices
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to ensure brand consistency
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years proven experience managing social media accounts and paid ad campaigns
Strong hands-on experience with Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager and Google Ads
Solid understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and digital marketing principles
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
Strong time management skills and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet weekly work hours
Added Advantage (Nice to Have)
Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools
Knowledge of email marketing and conversion tracking
Experience working with brands, startups, or digital agencies
