Overview:
We’re a creative and forward-thinking digital training institute seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Graphics Designer to join our growing team. This full-time, fully remote position is ideal for a professional who can merge creativity with functionality, designing engaging interfaces and compelling visual content for both web and digital platforms.
You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product leads, and content teams to craft user-centered designs, develop intuitive user experiences, and maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital touchpoints. This is a full-time role (not an internship) offering competitive pay between ₦150,000 and ₦250,000 per month, based on experience and portfolio strength.
You MUST have access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design
- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered web and mobile interfaces.
- Translate user requirements and wireframes into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff and accurate design implementation.
- Conduct or assist with usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
- Maintain consistency in UI elements, typography, color schemes, and layouts across products.
Graphics Design & Branding
- Create visually engaging digital content — including course visuals, marketing graphics, social media posts, and presentation materials.
- Develop and maintain brand assets and design templates for various departments.
- Design promotional materials for online campaigns, events, and internal initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work with product and content teams to align design outputs with project objectives.
- Manage design projects from concept through delivery, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
- Organize and maintain design files, ensuring all assets are accessible and up to date.
- Stay current with modern design trends, UX best practices, and emerging creative tools.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred and will give you a higher chance of been shortlisted).
- 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX and graphic design roles.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus).
- Strong understanding of design systems, color theory, typography, and responsive design principles.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile interfaces.
- Ability to interpret briefs, plan design strategy, and deliver visually cohesive results.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems or style guides.
- Familiarity with front-end implementation concepts (HTML, CSS, or design handoff tools).
- Knowledge of UX research methods, wireframing, and user testing processes.
- Experience with motion graphics or lightweight animation (Adobe After Effects or Canva motion features).
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design projects across various industries.
Bonus Experience (Nice to Have):
- Experience working with cross-functional remote teams.
- Contributions to open-source or freelance design projects.
- Familiarity with accessibility design standards (WCAG).
- Interest in learning design automation, AI-enhanced design tools, or UX writing.
