Social Media Manager
Company: Mindsmaking Brands Limited
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Remote)
About the Role:
Mindsmaking Brands Limited is seeking a highly creative and organized Content Strategist & Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and develop impactful content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Threads. In this role, you will plan, create, review, and publish content that supports audience growth, strengthens our digital presence, and nurtures a trusted community of mothers and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop content ideas and create clear outlines for writers
- Repurpose blog articles into posts, carousels, reels, stories, and short-form videos
- Review content for accuracy, SEO alignment, and brand consistency
- Publish content daily (weekend posts scheduled in advance)
- Manage comments/messages and respond within 24 hours (except Sundays)
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and the marketing team
- Track performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports
- Stay updated on trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Strategist
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Threads
- Ability to create short-form videos and memes (CapCut or similar tools)
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to work reliably from 9 AM–5 PM
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred:
- Experience in parenting, baby, lifestyle, or educational niches
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Experience growing online communities

Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
