Job Overview.
we are looking for an energetic and crypto community manager to join the Mycredly team. You will be the friendly, informed voice that connect our growing community across X (Twitter), telegram, WhatsApp, and beyond. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, understands the crypto space, and no how to turn conversation into genuine community growth or want to play The hands on role in shaping A fast growing web3 community. You will be the voice, the connector and the energy behind Mycredly helping member learn, stay inspired and feel part of something big.
Objective Of The Role.
- Strengthen Mycredly online presence through active community engagement and building.
- Foster trust and loyalty among users by engaging feedback, discussions and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to plan an execute campaigns that increase awareness and participation.
- Monitor community trends, identify opportunities and proposed creative ways to connect with users.
- Represent the community voice internally, helping shape products and initiative based on real users insights.
Responsibilities.
You ‘re likely expected to:
- Manage and build Mycredly online presence across X, telegram, and WhatsApp.
- Engage daily with CT (Crypto Twitter), k o L’s, and the new entrance replying, commenting, and driving conversation that position Mycredly as a trusted, active player in the crypto space.
- Share trade calls, community updates and success stories that highlight Mycredly as the most educative and profitable crypto community.
- Publish the Mycredly substack newsletter at least once a man with market insight and community news.
- Plan and execute community engagement activities daily like poles, news updates, airdrops, and discussions across WhatsApp, telegram and X (Twitter).
- Schedule and promote monthly masterclasses and community cost to educate and engage users.
- Collect feedback and track engagement matrix to help impose communication and Growth strategies that lead to users retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align community contents with product goals and updates.
- Stay update on crypto trends and competitor Community to help Mycredly stay ahead of the curve.
Necessary Skills and Qualification:
- Proven experience managing or moderating online Communities, preferably in crypto or fintech.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal with the ability to stay professional and relatable
- Deep familiarity with X (Twitter), telegram, and crypto trends.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple channels at once.
- Strong organizational skills and consistency in follow up.
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in a related field is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Subject matter expertise in cryptocurrency, web3 culture, trading or blockchain technology.
- Experience in marketing, branding, or formal proposal writing.
- Familiarity with substack or newsletter publishing tools.
- creative thinking and creativity in content creation.
- A professional certification in marketing, communication or a related field is an added advantages but not mandatory.
