Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated email Marketing intern to join our team at Anthena R&T Solution. This is a performance-based Internship as you will be paid for your data allowance plus 15% commission on every conversion generated through your email campaigns.

If you performance is excellent, you will have the opportunity to work with us full time with increased pay. Your performance will be measured by the mails and conversion generate.

Responsibilities

Email Marketing is a digital marketing strategy where business send email to people who have shown interest in their products, service, of content. It is one of the most effective ways to communicate with customer build relationships and drive sales.

How Email Marketing Works:

Collect e-mail addresss.

Business gather Emails through:

Sign up forms.
Website pop-ups.
‘Download a free guide’ offers.
Newsletter Subscription.

2. Segment the Audience.

This Means grouping subscribers based on:

Interest.
Location.
Age.
Purchase Behaviour.

3. Create Variable E-mail content.

Email can include:

Newsletter.
Promotion.
Product updates.
Event announcement.

So with this basic knowledge of E-mail Marketing, you’re likely expected to help Athena R & T Solutions:

Generate and send at least 300 marketing emails daily.
Design, Write, and schedule email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Hubspot, Brevo and Convertkit.
Build and maintain targeted email lists using free and low cost software.
Track, analyze, and reports open with, click rates and conversions.
Create engaging subject lines and contents to improve engagement and conversions.

Requirements for The Role.

Interested Applicant are Expected to have the following requirements to be eligible for the role:

Minimum of 1 year experience in email Marketing.
Ability to generate and send campaigns to 1,000 + emails using daily free or affordable softwares.
Knowledge of email automation, segmentation, and Analytics.
Strong communication and writing skill.
Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, Sandinblue, Hubspot, Brevo or similar platforms.
