Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have the technical skills to create engaging and high-quality video content tailored for social media platforms. This position is full-time, and the selected candidate will be responsible for delivering 1 video (9-12 minutes) every day, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit, trim, and enhance video content for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound .
- Follow creative briefs and guidelines to deliver videos that match the intended style and message.
- Work with raw footage, audio, and visual elements to create compelling narratives format
- Deliver 1 video per day (9-10 minutes) by the designated deadline.
- Ensure that video content is optimized for different social media platforms.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in video editing for social media.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of social media video projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- A personal laptop with editing software installed.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Constant power supply to meet deadlines.
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Creativity, with the ability to think outside the box and provide fresh, engaging content.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Information:
- You will be expected to deliver 1 video per day, 5 days per week (Monday – Friday).
- This is a remote position, allowing for flexible work hours as long as deadlines are met.
