About the Role
Bincom Dev Center is looking for passionate individuals to join as Digital Marketing Trainees. This 6 months – 1 year program offers hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, digital promotion, and project support. High-performing trainees may be converted to Associate roles upon completion.
Key Responsibilities
You’re are likely expected to:
- Assist in preparing, planning, and managing publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
- Create and develop marketing campaigns and complete tasks for successful execution.
- Innovate new ways to communicate company messages to customers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Contribute to software solution development, including design, programming, and deployment during client engagements.
- Collaborate with teams to develop applications.
Requirements

- A passion for IT and digital marketing.
- Strong and confident communication skills.
