Role Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of social media strategies, produce engaging content (graphics, video, captions), and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will also analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
You’re are likely expected to:
- Develop and implement social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create graphics, short-form videos, and written content for major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage the content calendar and schedule posts using social media tools.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages professionally and on-brand.
- Track social media analytics (reach, engagement, conversion) and produce performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding across platforms.
Qualifications
