We are a fast-growing online learning academy offering high-quality online classes and digital learning programs. We are looking for a smart, proactive, and sales-driven individual to help us attract and convert students into paying clients (Remotely).
Compensation (Very Important – Please Read):
- Base Salary: ₦40,000 – ₦60,000 per month
- Commission: 10–15% per successful student enrollment
- Performance Bonus: Extra incentives for meeting monthly targets
✅ Total monthly earning can exceed ₦120,000+ if targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to enquiries via social media
Follow up on leads & Convert prospects into paying students
Maintain a simple lead tracker & Share daily/weekly sales progress reports
Build and manage relationships with parents/students & Suggest outreach strategies (referrals, partnerships, promotions)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience selling online courses, coaching, digital products, or services
- Strong communication & persuasion skills & Result-oriented (you care about closing, not just chatting)
- Reliable, responsive, professional & Can work independently with minimal supervision
