Role Overview

The Business Operations & Strategy Analyst is a leadership-facing role responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and strategic growth across Twinkle Healthcare. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute high-impact initiatives across service lines.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong analytical rigor, healthcare business acumen, and experience operating in complex, growth-oriented environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Growth

Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
Conduct market, competitive, and service-line analyses to inform expansion and investment decisions
Build and evaluate business cases for new programs, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships

Operations & Performance Management

Analyze end-to-end operational workflows to identify efficiency, scalability, and margin improvement opportunities
Design, implement, and monitor KPIs across clinical, operational, and financial domains
Develop executive dashboards and performance reports for leadership and board review

Financial & Data Analytics

Lead revenue, cost, margin, and profitability analyses across service lines
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
Analyze payer mix, reimbursement trends, utilization, and operational drivers

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with clinical, billing, HR, and operations teams to implement strategic initiatives
Drive process improvement, standardization, and best-practice adoption
Lead complex ad hoc analyses and special projects for executive leadership

QualificationsRequired

MBA, MHA, or similar advanced degree
5–10 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, or healthcare management
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Preferred

Experience in healthcare services, multi-site operations, or high-growth organizations
Background in consulting (Big 4, healthcare consulting, or strategy firms) or health systems
Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Track record of working directly with executives and decision-makers
