Role Overview
As an AI Trainer, you’ll annotate game content (dialogues, quests, character interactions), analyze narrative components, and collaborate with Anuttacon’s research team to help refine and improve their large language models.
Key Responsibilities
You’re are likely expected to:
- Annotate in-game dialogues, quests, and character interaction data.
- Use evaluation tools (e.g., Verity Lab) to complete content evaluation and analysis.
- Provide detailed feedback on world-building, character profiles, mini-plots, and narrative structures.
- Work with the AI research / product teams to improve model performance.
Qualifications
Interested Applicant are Expected to have the following Qualification to have a higher chance of been shortlisted:
- Native or fluent English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new tools and apply complex guidelines consistently.
- Clear and professional communicator.
- Preferred: Experience in storytelling, game design, psychology, writing, or related fields.
Benefit of the job
Anuttacon pays US$ 20–$30 per hour, depending on role and location.
