Role Overview
As an Entry-Level Compliance Analyst, you will monitor trading activity, perform AML/KYC reviews, conduct investigations into suspicious behavior, and support the Compliance leadership in audit and regulatory matters. You’ll be a key part of ensuring Crypto.com’s operations meet global regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
You will likely be expected to:
- Perform compliance monitoring for potential violations related to trading, money laundering, fraud, and regulatory rules.
- Review AML/KYC processes, marketing materials, and internal/external communications.
- Investigate, document, and report compliance incidents and suspicious activities.
- Support regulatory audits and requests from external bodies (e.g., CFTC) and internal teams.
- Prepare written reports for management and compliance committees.
- Respond to internal and external compliance queries effectively.
Qualifications
Interested Applicant are Expected to have the following Qualification to have a higher chance of been shortlisted:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience (or equivalent) in compliance, financial services, or a regulatory environment.
- Familiarity with AML, KYC processes, and financial regulations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to write clear compliance reports.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage investigations and audits.
Salary
The expected annual salary for this role is between US$60,000 and US$80,000.
