Role Overview
Lead market expansion and student recruitment initiatives across Nigeria and West Africa. Connect aspiring students with international education opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive measurable growth for Opulent Platforms.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective students at undergraduate, master’s, and PhD levels.
- Plan and execute outreach strategies through school visits, education fairs, webinars, and consultations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, academic institutions, and strategic partners.
- Maintain expert knowledge of admission processes, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed recruitment targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Generate qualified leads and nurture them through the admissions pipeline using CRM tools and personalized engagement.
- Provide regular reporting on market insights, recruitment performance, and lead conversion metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in student recruitment, international education consulting, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in executing effective market expansion or recruitment strategies.
- Self-starter, able to work independently and hit goals consistently.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and lead generation platforms is a plus.
